REFUND POLICY

For Online NMLS Courses:

 

For Online Training that has not been started, is only partially complete, or was purchased unintentionally, customers may be refunded for the entirety of their purchase by emailing support@mloforce.com

 

If the customer has received their certificate of completion, course products are no longer able to be refunded.

For LIVE Courses:

In order to be eligible for a refund, an attendee must notify MLO Force via email at least 4 hours prior to the start of the event stating they will be unable to attend.

 

In extenuating circumstances, they may also request to have their registration be transferred to a different

event.
