NMLS CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES YOU NEED FOR VERMONT
Good news: Vermont MLOs, licensed under the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation, have no state-specific CE requirement. Your annual requirement is the standard 8 hours, and one course covers it:
- 8-Hour Federal CE Course (covers 3 hours federal law, 2 hours ethics, 2 hours non-traditional lending, plus the 1-hour elective that completes your 8)
All hours must be completed by December 31 each year. We recommend finishing by December 5 to ensure your completion is reported to NMLS before the renewal deadline.
